Stephanie Sanzo began her fitness journey at the age of 19 and after her first pregnancy. She joined Youtube on 3rd April 2016 and published her first video titled “Bench Press plus Upper Body Training” on 1 November 2017. Stephanie uploads Fitness and workout-related videos on her channel
After pregnancy, when she gained over 25kg then she began workout at home with a pair of dumbbells and at that time she also quit her job.
fast forward to 2012, Stephanie hired a fitness coach for participating to fitness competitions, in 2013 she participated in a fitness competition and hold the second position. She also appeared in many fitness magazines as a cover model.
